Work at Home Scams and How to Avoid Them

In your search for the latest online money making ideas you first much know about some of the work at home scams and how to avoid them. Work at home scams are not limited to the internet. We all remember the magazine and comic book ads telling us we could home refinancing information a fortune stuffing envelopes. Or how about the one promising millions from raising mushrooms in our basement? I once spent a small fortune to begin raising rabbits for "fun and profit". Believe me, it wasn't much fun and as for the profit...well, at least we learned some new ways to cook rabbit!

The online work at home opportunity craze has opened the door for even more of these questionable schemes and plans. While there are some really good and completely honest plans and courses out there, you really have to be on your toes before you jump in and empty your bank account. West Virginia Lemon Laws look at some of the latest money making ideas to hit the internet.

There are ads promising you can make money participating in online surveys. It is true that some companies do offer small compensation for this practise. Don't expect to make the $75 or $100 per survey the ads promise. It is much more likely that you will earn points for some sweepstakes or contest entry than it is for you to be paid in hard cold cash. Some companies, however, do offer fifty cents to around three dollars for an taking a survey. You will have to purchase a trial subscription to a magazine, or sign up for a credit card, or some other nonsense to qualify. And then, only when you have accumulated a larger amount, usually $25 to $100, will they send you a check. This could take months to accomplish, and you may spend more than that to qualify for payment. I would hardly call this a lucrative business. Oh! One more word of caution. Never pay for the right to participate in a survey club. If you want to try this, many are offered Hulk movie no up front cost.

Right now, rebate processing is the hot item. Courses are being offered for around $200 to teach you how easy it is to make up to $20 for filling out a form to help someone get a rebate for trying a product. Sounds good, right? Hold on, here's the catch. The course merely shows you where to sign up for a list of products to sell as an affiliate. As the affiliate you earn a commission from each sale. Here's where it gets interesting. The rebate is from you! You simply forward a portion of your commission to the purchaser of the product. It gets even worse. You have to spend up front money to advertise the product to make the sale. Stay away from this one.

Someone should run an ad that reads, Work At Home Scams-How To Avoid Them! Chances are, if they did they would want to sell the report for profit! I'm not against Gourmet Chocolates making a profit. It just seems to me that they could be a little more honest in their approach.

Would you like an honest way to make some decent money online? I've tried a bunch and spent 100's of dollars on some real losers. There is one that I strongly recommend. It is honest, straight forward and doesn't require you to empty your bank account to get started. Interested? Check out www.usfreeads.com/962565-cls.html">The Wonder Woman Work At Home Guide Ever.
